As far as our manufacturing unit is concerned we believe in hunting a right talent for a particular job, then providing best on the job training, improving his/her skills and then retaining the person for mutual gains.

However there are so many career options for staff in marketing field. There are still many unexplored states of India where we want to make our presence felt by recruiting more and more marketing staff who does not believe in shoot & scoot policy.
